Chef Tara Thomas, of TRAXX Restaurant in historic Union Station, has commissioned her Chief Mixologist Kurtis Wells to create a drink that was inspired by the only painting that hangs in the restaurant, "No Further West." In honor of the artist's upcoming retrospective GORDY GRUNDY: BURN at Coagula Curatorial in Chinatown on Friday, 13 July, Kurtis Wells has envisioned a California cocktail masterpiece. Enjoy!

  Traxx Restaurant

1/2 oz. Torres Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz. Senior Curacao
Four Mint Sprigs
Two Cucumber Wheels
Half an Orange Wheel
Splash of Fresh Orange Juice
